Christmas time once again

Well the time of year is almost apon us when parents and significant others rush down to your local Wal-mart at 3:30 A.M only to stand in lines for hours or more, because apparently Christmas has to be bought in a store. So, what do you guys have planned for the long winter break ahead, are you going to be working or celebrating the birth of Jesus, ya that's right, Surprise!! Christmas is actually about Jesus! well guys fathers day is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate your "awesome" dad then to hang out in your room and play your xbox? nothing, thats right!
Now onto important things, as you probably know, bry has not signed into his account for over a year, and it gets boring talking up someone who isnt going to need it, so its onto greater and better things.

P.S im sure alot of people know by now that jon graham has chosen to create another season of arby n the chief, and i noticed that a teaser was just aired for the new season, so make sure to check that out, i would give you the link but i dont know if i can get sewed by machinima for promoting(if that is what i would be doing) there property.

Halo reach beta thoughts

I wanted to do a little review of the new halo: Reach online multiplayer beta. I personally have not experianced the beta since I do not own halo 3: ODST. So I might come off as a ass hole and you might think that I have to play it to really know it, and that is mostly true, but watching gameplay of the beta gametypes and reading what is on bungie dot com is good enough for me to voice my opinion on what to expect in the actual game.


Ok, I really want to talk about something other than the gameplay right now, and that is the new credit and armory system. In halo reach, by winning matches you earn reccomendations which level you up, and credits which you also earn, is money thaat can be spent at the armory, that is where you can customize your spartan, I also wish that you could customize your elite too, since I think that you use both species evenly most of the time. So, bungie announced that depending on the milestones you reach, depends on the armor peices available to you, and they also announced that when the beta ends, all players scores and anything else will be erased so when you buy the game you will start fresh. Once again, bungie also announced that the armor perks available in the beta are only a small glimpse of things to come, so I am really curious to see all the things you can buy with your credits( I am really hoping that you wont quickly buy every peice in the game and be left stuck with a endless pile of credits.)

Now for the games available in the beta.

Invasion: One team of spartans are stationed on a UNSC dry dock with a damaged frigate docked, its the job of the spartans to protect a power core from a team of elites that are there to steal it. There are 3 phases to this game.
Phase 1: The spartans start outside the friggate but on the dry dock, and are deffending 2 power generators that are keepong the doors that lead inside the frigate closed, its the jobs of the elites to take one of these generators for their own, you have 4 minutes to complete this task, if you cannot complete it in the aloted time, the spartans win.
Phase 2: If you can take one of the generators, you will then push the spartans back inside the frigate where 3 generaotrs are powering a deffence systen for the power core, once again the elites have 4 mintues to take one of these generators( I dont mean steal them, I mean take them over) before the 4 minutes are up, once again if you cannot do it in the time given then the spartans win.
Phase 3: If the spartans fail to protect one of the three generators, then phase 3 comences, its down to the wire here, the elites must pick up the generator( And i mean steal it this time) and carry it to the phantom that is waiting for you outside on the other side of the river. The spartans must keep the generators from that phantom, if the elites cannot steal the generator before 4 mintues end then once again, the spartans win the match.
With each phase that begnins, each team has better load outs available and vehicles, in phase 1 no vehinces are available, in phase 2 a few, and by phase 3 its nothing but huge explosions and a scramble to retreive the core.


There is also head hunter were you kill someone and when they die they drop a flaming skull, you can only hold 10 at a time, if you die you lose them all, so you have to take them to a safe zone were you stash them, the person with the most wins the round. There is also stockpile which I dont remember what that is, and arena which is only for ass holes that get hard by thinking about their "AWESOME" skills in this game.

Modern warfare 2

Hey guys, I am going to do a quick reveiw on infinity wards newest game, modern warfare 2.



Ok, lets start with the story line, this game takes place 5 years after the first one. You start out as a U.S Ranger private helping your commanding officer train the local miltia. After that, you are required to run a simulation course in teh presence of U.S General Sheperd. You end up getting gthe call to go to battle and in the next level, you blacked out momentarally and open your eyes to see general shpererd shooting his signature gun, people that have played the game probably know what I mean, he yells at you to get up and tell you that rangers lead the way as he walks behind a bush on a high hill with two other guards. After that you are recruited to infiltrate a russian extremest group runned by russian nazis, the leader of which is adlof hi- I mean Makarov(Dont remember his first name) He finds out you are working for the Americans and kills you in a dramatic fashion. You also in the mean time play as Sgt. Gary Roach Sanderson, who works for the British, along with Captain Mctavish, and Ghost, who is bad ass. Little did Mctavish's team know that he was once a team member in another elite group runned by my favorite fictional character, Captain Price, who you rescue from a maximum security russian prison. Over all, the story in general is really great, but the levels were not that good, with a few exceptions.



The characterss are alot more detailed and the action is still pretty intense, the guns are all based of of real life guns being used today too.

Now I watn to jump into the ebst part of the game for xbox live subscribers, the online play. If, like me you own a xbox live account than you can enjoy the online play on this game, which in my opinion is the best part of the game. At first it can be somewhat challenging if you have never played online before, but after long you will start to get into it, deep. As you kill other people and win matches, you will rank up and unlock new weapons, new perks, new equipment, deathstreaks and new kill streaks. My favorite kill streaks so far are emergancy air drop, pave low and ac-130, so if you have xbox live but not this game, then I highly reccomend this game to you, if not then I would say that the game still has its advantages but can get boring after a while, its best that you still to lengthier games tog et the most out of your experiance.

Over all I give it a 4/5 Because of some of the levels, and the fact that no game that I have ever played so far is perfect.

Bioshock 2

Ok guys I am going to do a reveiw of bioshock 2, since it is such a kick ass game.



Ok, lets start with story line, I think that the story in bioshock 2 was not as good as the firsts, its interesting sure, but not much to it, no plot twist or anything, all it is is trying to find your little sister before you laps into a coma, or go insane.

This time around you are the first big daddy, also the best, you are able to use plasmids unlike other big daddies, and that comes in handy along with the new weapons you find along the way as well. Since you are now a more powerful enemy then in the first game, you have to have bigger challenges, and one of the those challenges is more splicers to fight, and new breeds of splicers too, like the new brute splicer. Another new enemy introduced in the game is the big sister. Like the big daddy the big sisters are equiped with a diving suit, and have a special relationship with the little sisters too, yet unlike the big daddies, they are more agile, and more powerful in general, expecially since they weild the power of telekinisis, and incenerate. One more special ability that the big sisters have is the power to drain adam from a living person, which fuels their plasmid abilities.


Lets talk about the combat. Like I said before, there are alot moer splicers to fight, which means you need a more effeciant way of collecting adam besides just rescueing or harvesting a little sister, so as a big daddy you can battle other big daddies for the right to become the big daddy of their sister, and once you have one she will guide you to a body with adan, you can put her down to drain the adam, but once you let her go its a huge battle with splicers who are attracted to the smell of adam, so its your job to set up a peremeter and protect the little sister till she is all finished with the body. With all the new adam you collect, you can go to a special vendor to alter your self with special abilities called plasmids, they are like super powers, making fires appear, shooting lightning, stuff like that. The weapons in the game have gotten more complex this time around, the biggest problem i that since you are a big daddy, armed splicers dont carry around your weapon types, so the only way to get ammo is to kill a big daddy or buy it. There are still weapon upgrading machines which inhance one weapon of your choice per machine, to my understanding there are 14 machines threwout the game, so make sure you choose wisely about what you upgrade.


If you have xbox live then you can fully master the bioshock gaming experiance, the new multiplayer. In multiplayer, there are a few game types to play such as capture the sister(capture the flag) and civil war which is just a straight shoot out. You will get put into a team eith 4 other players, and was you kill other people and win games, you receive adam, and when you get enough adam then you level up, and when you level up you can unlock new weappons, plasmids and tonics. I personally think that over all, the multiplayer experiance on bioshock is fun at first, but not really naything special, unlike modern warfare 2.


I give it a 3/5 over all, and wonder as to wether or not they will make a 3rd installment of this series.

Assasins creed 2

Hey guys, I wanted to do a review for Assasins creed 2 since I love the series.

So to start, story line.

The story was by far the best thing the game had to offer, better than the first. In this game, you actually dont just go around, do the same exact motives of investigation then go kill some guy, then walk around as the city goes into cardiac arrest or something over the loss of their beloved midevil hitler. You see in this game there is always something new to do, something no to acomplish for the game, like how you might need to go rescue a guy or two here, then go kill a archer here, you see, different.

I liked how they incorperated the whole looting and shops things, a genius idea which should have been done in the first game I personally think. I also liked how you get capes and can dye your outfit, I also though that was a kool idea:).

Now for combat. I thought that they really made all the right changes in assasination techniques and combat moves such as diss arming or tonting, awesome ideas, I think that for the next game we should go back to midevil tiems, I like all the buildings, starving people and poverty to explore in every new area! I thought it was cool to put all the musicians and beggers in the second game, since in the first game, to make a begger leave you would have to kill him or punch him, which is not as suttle as just throwing a few coins and making them happy.

I think it was cool to put all those new blades in the game to unlock throughout the game. I personal favorite was the poison blade, I like walking up to a brute and turn him into a dancing weird guy with a giant sword.

So over all this is a really awesome game with few to no flaws, non that I could find at least, and I am egerally awaiting the next installment in the series.

I give it a 4/5 since no game is perfect. non that I have played at least.

Halo 3:ODST

Well, I wanted to make a review for halo 3:ODST since halo is one of my favorite series and has been since I was 5.

To start, Graphics and weapons. There was not a single weapon or vehicle in the game that was not in halo 3, so not too much fun there, they did get rid of the battle rifle which I thought was retarded, but what ever I guess. All the vehicles are the same and have no new features as well, the warthog still honks, and the wrath still is slow as fuck. Also, they never did anything about the A.I driving problem, really they had 2 1/2 years to do something about it and did nothing.

The graphics as you could tell are the same, they still looked like moving water art pictures, not bad I guess but computers and technology age faster than a reqular person, they used the same 5 year old engine to make this game and I though that it was a waste of the possible talents of the game its self.

The story line was not bad and not good, the only fun part of the game is when you are in mid-flashback, that is the were you learn most fo the story, I think that this games story could have been much more than it was, the worst part was the chemistry between dare and buck, thats not halo material, you want a love story then go see capitalism: a true love story, if you payed $60 to be entertained by a over hyped up game, then you go out and buy halo.

Multiplayer was the same exact thing as halo 3, the opnly new feature was fire fight wich was pretty fun ill admit, but not good enough to recover this game, I basically think that anyone who bought this game purely for multiplayer just bought halo 3 all over again,l so congrats, your the proud owner of two copies of halo 3:)



Over all, I think bungie really fucked up big time and I think they knew this from the begining too, they probably just added a few things to the game and story when they decided to make a full game out of it and make people pay the full price.

Ill give it a 3/5, would have been a 2/5 but I leaned a little since this games combat is still pretty fun.
